I’m a nerves person I chew on my skin what can I do about it

I have 2 hard bumps in back of the front lower teeth and in front of the tongue. I understand they are called “Tori”. They are bone growths. Is this correct and are they anything to worry about. One bump is larger than the other. I can’t find any information on this when I search at your websites?
