Became dizzy while showering. Felt off-center rest of day. Got worse in the evening, feeling cold on the inside and it went from my legs to my head. EMT’s said BP and heart rate were high. Was taken to ER for EKG and bloodwork. Was told vertigo. Is this so, or should I be looking for something else causing the problem? Never felt falling-down dizzy but felt off-center and have had spells since then.
