I first had shingles when I was 39 and I have had them 3 times since. My doctor was not surprised and either was I. I expected to have more outbreaks the rest of my life and other people I know with shingles have had the same happen to them.
I was diagonesed with shimgles 5 or 6 years ago and have had them many times.
I have the itchy kind and they seem to break out around my knees and on my fore arms. They come out as little blisters, itch for about a month and then go away.
I am also a Sarcoid patient.
