My daughter in law has suffered with shingles for two years. Is there someone who is a specialist in this condition? We need some help…

Can the varicella zoster virus that causes shingles be transferred from my clothing to another person? My father has had the shingles for over a year now with no sucess in curing the disease. Is there a specialist anywhere in the country that can help him?
